The data stored for processing orders is handled by an ERP application from Comatic AG, Switzerland. Their servers are located in Switzerland and are accordingly protected against external access.
3.3. Software Licenses
When you register a software license, your information is collected so that we can notify you of updates or important product information about your licensed products via the e-mail address you provide. This data is not used for marketing purposes.
When using a software product licensed by compliant concept, computer-specific (no personal) data is periodically transmitted to our license server. We use this information to verify the eligibility of your license. We also reserve the right to create anonymous usage statistics in order to optimally adapt our license packages to your needs. The license server is operated by compliant concept and is accordingly protected against external access. None of this data will be passed on to third parties.
